You are welcome to submit your proposal for a pre-meeting workshop for the ISES-ISEE 2025 meeting program!

Pre-meeting workshops are 4-hour or 9-hour interactive meetings or educational sessions, that occur one day before the annual meeting. Workshops will be offered at additional cost to the registered participants of ISES-ISEE 2025. All presenters are required to attend the meeting in-person.

Proposal submission deadline is January 31, 2025.

Submission guidelines:

1. Half-day (4h) or full-day (9h incl. lunch)  |  no specific number of presenters required
   
2. The pre-meeting workshop should address a specific area of exposure science or environmental epidemiology. Please select one of the two scientific areas for your submission.
3. The workshop should contain a theoretical and a practical part as well as sufficient time for Q&A.
4. Following details will be collected during submission:
   • Details and contact information of pre-conference workshop presenters
   • Title of the workshop (max. 250 characters)
   • Workshop type (half day or full day)
   • Workshop attendee limit
   • Workshop language
   • Workshop abstract (max. 300 words)
5. The workshop presenters are required to complete their registration before the registration deadline stated in the acceptance letter. Unregistered presenters will be removed from the meeting program.
