You are welcome to submit your proposal for symposium for the ISES-ISEE 2025 meeting program!

Symposia are 90-minute discussion sessions that bring together experts to delve into specific topics. These sessions involve interactive discussions with the audience. A symposium will consist of 4 or 5 presenters. All presenters and the chair(s) are required to attend the meeting in-person.

Proposal submission deadline is January 31, 2025.

Submission guidelines:

1. 90-minute slot  |  2 co-chairs  |  4 or 5 presenters
   
2. The individual presentations should take place first, followed by a joint discussion (Q&A).
3. The submission is divided into the scientific areas of the two societies (exposure science and environmental epidemiology). Please select one of the two topics for your submission.
4. Following details will be collected during submission:
   • Details and contact information of symposium organizer, co-chairs & presenters.
   • Proposed title for the symposium (max. 250 characters)
   • Abstract of the symposium (max.  300 words)
   • Titles of each presentation & their brief descriptions (max. 100 words)
   • Relevance of the presentations to the meeting theme “Environmental Health Equity across the Globe” (max. 100 words)
5. The chairs and presenters are required to complete their registration before the registration deadline stated in the acceptance letter. Unregistered chairs and presenters will be removed from the meeting program.

All rejected symposium submissions will be given the opportunity to submit their contributions as individual presentations.
